Anyang Xinchuang Metallurgy has upgraded the production line of new FeSi15 atomized low silicon Ferrosilicon powder and started mass production. Adopting integrated vacuum water atomization and low-temperature passivation technology, the product keeps silicon content at 14%-16%, magnetic substance over 97% and moisture below 0.3%. It is widely used for spodumene, fluorite and diamond dense medium separation. Spherical particles bring excellent suspension performance and reduce pipeline blockage rate by 60%. The recycling rate reaches over 96% with magnetic separators, cutting medium consumption by 9% per ton ore. Anti-salt fog treatment adapts to humid mining areas in Southeast Asia and Africa.
